How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is important to us! We strive to ship all orders within one business day. The cut-off time for same day shipment is 11am Monday-Friday.
All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on Monday. The state of Texas, Alabama, and Illinois have an extended transit time of 10-12 days.
Can you ship to a PO Box address?
Regulations prohibit us from delivering alcohol to PO boxes so we are only able to ship your order to a physical address.
Where can you ship?
Due to various state regulations, we are unable cannot to ship to AR, KY, MS, UT, AL, MI, HI, AK.
Note: While we can ship into the states of AL, TX and IL, there is an extended shipping delay for those shipments. Please allow up to 15 days for your shipment to be received.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Federal regulations require an adult to sign for all deliveries containing alcohol. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice so you can monitor your shipment, you can also make changes to the delivery address once it has shipped.
If you are not home to receive your shipment, UPS will leave a note on your door and make two more delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt your wine will be returned to us. You may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping orders that are returned.
Will my wine spoil or freeze while in transit?
We monitor the weather closely to ensure that the outside temperature does not jeopardize the integrity of the wine while in transit. If we have any concerns due to extreme weather, either hot or cold, we will hold your shipment in our warehouse until the weather is suitable for shipping wine.
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change to the delivery address. We can easily change the shipping address before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed we will need to re-route your package. A nominal fee may apply for this service.

When your alcoholic beverages are delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
